Meet John

John W. Black, an experienced litigator and leading voice of the whistleblower bar, is a founding partner of Black & Buffone PLLC. Mr. Black is a former federal prosecutor who concentrates his practice on representing False Claims Act whistleblowers alleging financial fraud, healthcare fraud, and various other types of fraud around the country. He represented corporate clients before the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and various state regulatory agencies.
